Prices include:
- Board in comfortable centrally heated rooms;
- Italian style breakfast of milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, fette biscottate (a type of toasted bread slice), croissants, butter, marmalade and fruit juice;
- Use of hot and cold water and electricity;
- Weekly linen change - more frequent upon request;
- Daily cleaning (not bed making).

BOOKING
Bookings may be made by telephone, 0039 80 4688975, or by e-mail (booking@villacostantina.it) or by e-application form.

All bookings must include the following information:
- the exact number of guests;
- the exact date of arrival and departure;
- the type of accommodation required;
- personal details of all guests (name, address, telephone, DOB etc).

For security reasons we need to be informed of the name of the person carrying out the booking and those of the guests who intend to stay. This information can be provided by application form if preferred.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings must be accompanied with: A deposit either by automatic bank transfer or postal order. The amount should be equivalent to that of 2-3 nights stay. Guests will be notified of the balance by e-mail. In order to avoid the necessity of an ulterior booking deposits should be received within two days of the initial request. Upon receipt of the required deposit guests will be sent an e-mail which contains their "booking voucher" which acts as receipt and booking confirmation. The voucher should be presented upon arrival.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Rooms are available for guests from 14.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 11.00 on the day of departure.

PAYMENT
Payment is to be made in cash upon arrival. Guests are required to show proof of identity.

PENALTY
- Deposits will not be refunded in the case of late payments.

Should Villa Costantina not respect a previous arrangement or cancel a booking, apart from in cases out of the immediate control of Villa Costantina, guests will be refunded in full.
